Video Services definition

Video Services means “video programming” and any and all services related to the providing, recording, delivering, use or enjoyment of “video programming” (including origination programming and programming using Internet Protocol, e.g., IP-TV and IP-Video) using one or more channels by a “video service supplier,” regardless of the technology used to deliver, store or provide such services, and regardless of the manner or basis on which such services are calculated or billed, and includes ancillary video services, data services, “telecommunication services,” or interactive communication services that are functionally integrated with “video services.”
Video Services means the recording of moving images and sound relating to a judicial proceeding (including depositions) using video tape, disk or other electro- mechanical device.
Video Services is defined in Section 11(d)(v) of this Branding Agreement.

Examples of Video Services in a sentence

  • Any agreement, authorization, right, or determination to provide Cable Services or Video Services to Subscribers in the Franchise Area under this Section 1.5 shall supersede this Agreement.

  • If Customer fails to make any required payment for the Video or Public View Video Services by the payment due date or pays less than the full amount due for such Services, Comcast may bill fees, charges and assessments related to late payments or non-payments.

  • Customer will have thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice to cancel Video Services and/or Public View Video Service without further liability beyond the termination date.

  • Comcast may modify the charges for Video Services and/or Public View Video Services subject to thirty (30) days prior notice to Customer.

Video Services means video-conferencing, television, cable, direct broadcast satellite, video-on-demand or other video services.
Video Services means the one-way transmission to Subscribers within the City of video programming (programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station) or other programming services typically provided by a Multi-channel Video Programming Distributor (“MVPD”) and made available to all Subscribers within the City generally, but not to include over-the-top services such as Hulu, Netflix or Sling.
