Internet Services definition

Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

Internet Services means the service provided to you by us using digital or analogue technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain services, whether by means of a television, personal computer or otherwise.

• With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department).

• Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Shareholder Internet Services under this Agreement.

• The Shareholder Internet Services will be provided pursuant to established procedures and will allow shareholders to view their account information and perform certain on-line transaction request capabilities.

• All data and information transmissions accessed via Shareholder Internet Services are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to satisfy regulatory requirements or comply with any laws, rules, requirements or standards of any federal, state or local governmental authority, agency or industry regulatory body, including the securities industry, which compliance is the sole responsibility of the Fund.

• The Shareholder Internet Services shall be provided at no additional charge, other than the transaction fees currently being charged for the different transactions as described on the Fee Schedule.

More Definitions of Internet Services

Internet Services has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8(a) hereof.

Internet Services means fibre leased line and next generation broadband services provided by Service Provider to the Customer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Internet Services Terms;

Internet Services means the marketing, advertising, sale and/or provision of services offered by Company as of the Effective Date, delivered over wireless networks to the handsets of end users, which are known as “SuperPages On the Go” services.

Internet Services means the use of online information, communication and other services provided by us and access to information and services provided by third parties.

Internet Services means services provided to the public whose provision consists of subscriber interaction with the Internet or the transmission of information to or over the Internet.

Internet Services means the services identified in Section 2 and any additional services set forth on the Attachment 2 attached hereto and made a part hereof to be provided by PFPC utilizing the Fund Web Site, the Internet and certain software, equipment and systems provided by PFPC, telecommunications carriers and security providers which have been certified by ICSA or a nationally-recognized audit firm (including but not limited to firewalls and encryption), whereby Transactions may be requested in the Fund by accessing the PFPC Web Site via hypertext link from the Fund Web Site.

Internet Services means services provided by telecommunications providers to Internet users. They include dial access, dedicated access, web hosting, content provision, content aggregation, private networks (intranets), virtual private networks, network security, electronic commerce, consulting and other value-added services.
