Video Submission definition

Video Submission means the optional video submission submitted by organisations participating in the Challenge as part of Stage 1 of the Challenge;

Examples of Video Submission in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, each Entrant further assigns any and all rights he or she may have over his or her Entry and the Video Submission to the Houston Rockets and Sponsor without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind.

  • I have the permission of all subjects depicted in the Video Submission to submit the Video Submission, and all of the subjects in the Video Submission have assigned all relevant rights to me.

  • The Video Submission is my own original work, does not infringe upon any copyright, invade any right of privacy, contain any defamatory, libelous or slanderous material, or violate any other right of any person or entity, and is not otherwise contrary to law.

  • You further represent and warrant that any statements made by you or others in the Video Submission are true to the best of your knowledge and that neither they, nor any Element of your Video Submission, will violate any law or regulation or violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

  • You also grant the DE Parties the right to use and distribute, and license others to use and distribute, your Video Submission in the promotion of such websites, products and/or services, to the same extent permitted for use and distribution of your Video Submission hereunder.

  • You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the DCL Parties from any and all claims arising from their use and distribution of your Video Submission as permitted herein.

  • Each Entry consists of a submitted video (the “Video Submission”), contact information for the Entrant, certain other required detail about the Video Submission and the Entrant, and all required third- party consents, assignments, and releases.

Related to Video Submission

  • Regulatory Submissions means any filing, application or submission with any Regulatory Authority, including authorizations, approvals or clearances arising from the foregoing, including Regulatory Approvals and any pricing or reimbursement approvals, as applicable, and all correspondence or communication with or from the relevant Regulatory Authority, as well as minutes of any material meetings, telephone conferences or discussions with the relevant Regulatory Authority, in each case, with respect to a Licensed Product.

  • Regulatory Filing means any documentation comprising or relating to or supporting any filing or application with any Regulatory Authority with respect to any compound or product (including any Licensed Compound or Licensed Product), or its use or potential use in humans, including any documents submitted to any Regulatory Authority and all supporting data, including INDs and NDAs, and all correspondence with any Regulatory Authority with respect to such compound or product (including minutes of any meetings, telephone conferences or discussions with any Regulatory Authority).

  • Electronic Submission means a successful submittal of Offeror’s proposal.

  • Planning Submission or “CAPS” or “Community Accountability Planning Submission” means the HSP Board approved planning document submitted by the HSP to the Funder. The form, content and scheduling of the Planning Submission will be identified by the Funder;

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.
