Vigilance Commissioner definition

Vigilance Commissioner means a Vigilance Commissioner appointed under sub-section (1) of section 4.

Examples of Vigilance Commissioner in a sentence

  • If the Monitor has reported to the Chairperson of the Board a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant Anti-Corruption Laws of India, and the Chairperson has not, within reasonable time, taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Vigilance Office, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, Government of India.

  • If the Monitor has reported to the Chairperson of the Board a Substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant Anti-Corruption Laws of India, and the Chairperson has not, within reasonable time, taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Vigilance Office, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, Government of India.

  • If the Monitor has reported to the JS(A),CSIR, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/PC Act, and the JS(A), CSIR has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.

  • If the Monitor has reported to the Chairman & Managing Director, National Fertilizers Limited, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/PC Act, and the Chairman & Managing Director, NFL has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.

  • If the IEM has reported to the CMD, MMTC, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant Anti Corruption Laws of India, and the CMD, MMTC, has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to its Chief Vigilance Officer, the IEM may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, Govt.

  • If the IEM has reported to the CMD, MMTC, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant Anti-Corruption Laws of India, and the CMD, MMTC, has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to its Chief Vigilance Officer, the IEM may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, Govt.

  • If the Monitor has reported to the Chairman, NABARD, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under the relevant IPC/PC Act, and the Chairman NABARD has not, within reasonable time, taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.

  • If the IEM has reported to the CMD, MMTC, substantiate suspicion of an offence under relevant Anti Corruption Laws of India and the CMD, MMTC, has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to its Chief Vigilance Officer, the IEM may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, Govt.

  • If the Monitor has reported to the BOB , a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/ PC Act, and the BOB has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.

  • If the monitor has reported to the CMD IRCTC, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/PC ACT, and the CMD IRCTC has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.
