Examples of Virginia Courts in a sentence
Each of the Parties irrevocably and unconditionally waives any objection to the laying of venue of any action, suit or proceeding arising out of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby in the Virginia Courts, and hereby further irrevocably and unconditionally waives and agrees not to plead or claim in any such court that any such action, suit or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
Final judgment in any of the Virginia Courts shall be conclusive and binding on the Borrower and may be enforced in any court in which the Borrower is subject to jurisdiction by any method permitted by the law of such jurisdiction including, without limitation, a suit upon such judgment provided that service of process is effected as provided herein or as otherwise permitted by applicable laws.
The Borrower also expressly and irrevocably waives any other objection that the Borrower may now or hereafter have to the venue of any suit, action or proceeding brought in connection with any such controversy in any of the Virginia Courts and any claim that any such suit, action, or proceeding brought in any of the Virginia Courts has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
Each of the Parties further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by U.S. registered mail to such Party’s respective address set forth above shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding in the Virginia Courts with respect to any matters to which it has submitted to jurisdiction in this Section 11.18.
The Parties agree to comply and cause the members of their applicable Group to comply with any award made in any such arbitration proceedings and agree to enforcement of or entry of judgment upon such award, in any court of competent jurisdiction, including the Virginia Courts (as defined in Section 11.18).
Each of the Parties further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by U.S. registered mail to such Party’s respective address set forth in Section 11.6 of the Master Separation and Distribution Agreement shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding in the Virginia Courts with respect to any matters to which it has submitted to jurisdiction in this Section 12.14.
Each of the Parties further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by U.S. registered mail to such Party’s respective address set forth above shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding in the Virginia Courts with respect to any matters to which it has submitted to jurisdiction in this Section 10.17.
