Virtual Items definition

Virtual Items means a digital asset which the Client may receive in exchange of s only and having a value denominated in any of the supported currencies and accounted in the Client’s Wallet.
Virtual Items means (a) virtual currency, including but not limited to virtual coins, cash, tokens, or points, all for use in the Service and (b) virtual in-game items.
Virtual Items all sorts of virtual items in the game.

  • Upon termination of this XXXX, Your rights to access and use the Game, including any License to Virtual Items, user data, points, character progress, and any other information of any kind related to the Game, will terminate immediately, and You must cease all use of the Game.

  • In the event Your payment has been processed, but the License to the corresponding Purchased Virtual Items or Purchased Game Currency has not been activated or made accessible as described above, please contact the Platform Operator’s customer support line, which may be found in Your agreement(s) with, or on the official website of such Platform Operator.

  • Except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, BNEA reserves and retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all Virtual Items and Game Currency.

  • Digital Content and Virtual Items We may make applications, games, software or other digital content available on the Disney Services for you to license for a one-time fee.

  • The transfer of Virtual Items and Merchandise is prohibited except where expressly authorized in the Service.

  • Failure to comply with this condition will result in the closing of your Account and the loss of all Virtual Items (including Loyalty Points) (each as defined below) accumulated through your use of the Service.


More Definitions of Virtual Items

Virtual Items means those items such as apparel, hard goods, paper products and other items customized with your designs or logos that are represented through the Prinfection Web Sites and available for you to order and/or fulfill through the Printfection Services. Printfection allows you to store your designs within the Printfection Services, but Printfection may remove such designs at any time in its sole discretion.
Virtual Items means any UGC available on the Services that Users can buy or earn, including Land Cards, game passes or credits, coupons, and in-game items or abilities. Fête may, in accordance with its policies and practices, elect not to permit a Virtual Item to be uploaded or published or may remove a Virtual Item from the Platform in its discretion.
Virtual Items means (a) virtual currency, including without limitation virtual coins, cash, tokens, or points, all for use in the Services and (b) virtual in-game items.
