office hours means the period beginning at 10:00 a.m. of a day and ending at 4:30 p.m. of the same day.
Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.
Central Office Switch (CO means the switching entity within the public switched Telecommunications network, including but not limited to:
Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.
Central Office Switch means a switch used to provide Telecommunications Services, including, but not limited to:
Verbal abuse means, but is not limited to, the use of derogatory terms or names, undue voice volume and rude comments, orders or responses to residents.
Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.
Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;
Room means a room or other space provided for sleeping that can be rented independently, including the furnishings and other accessories in the room. Room includes, but is not limited to, a condominium or time-sharing unit that, pursuant to a management agreement, may be used to provide dwelling, lodging, or sleeping quarters for a transient guest.
Virtual Machine means a software container, implementation, or emulation of a Computer (i.e., a physical device) that runs its own operating system and executes application programs like a physical Computer.
Central Office means a building or a space within a building where transmission facilities or circuits are connected or switched.
Halfway house means a facility licensed by the division of parole and community services of the department of rehabilitation and correction pursuant to section 2967.14 of the Revised Code as a suitable facility for the care and treatment of adult offenders.
Clock hours means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of a training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school–age care competencies.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.
Hours means clock hours.
Readily accessible means areas within the interior of the dwelling unit available for observation at the time of the move-in inspection that do not require removal of materials, personal property, equipment or similar items.

Tier 3 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that do not meet the criteria for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.

Criminal history record information means that term as defined in section 1a of 1925 PA 289, MCL 28.241a.

Tier 1 Wire Centers means those CenturyLink Wire Centers that contain at least four (4) Fiber- based Collocators, at least thirty-eight thousand (38,000) Business Lines, or both. Tier 1 Wire Centers also are those CenturyLink tandem switching locations that have no line-side switching facilities, but nevertheless serve as a point of traffic aggregation accessible by CLEC. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 1 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Wire Center.
Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.
