Virus Outbreak definition

Virus Outbreak means a Customer crisis situation, where a virus undetected by the Product(s) with the latest antivirus bases and executable modules is affecting business continuity and/or a large number of Customer’s end- users. Virus Outbreak is a product-related Incident.
