VISA Merchant definition
VISA Merchant means any person or entity with whom the Bank or any member or licensee of VISA has a subsisting agreement relating to the use and or acceptance of a VISA Card for the payment to such person or entity whether for goods, services or charges incurred and/or to obtain Cash Advances from such person or entity.
VISA Merchant means a retailer or other organisation, which has an agreement with a Visa Bank to accept Visa cards.
Examples of VISA Merchant in a sentence
If Merchant exceeds the thresholds for fraudulent transactions or chargebacks as established from time to time by MasterCard or VISA, Merchant will be subject to the appropriate MasterCard or VISA charges levied for non-compliance.
