Visible From Neighboring Property definition

Visible From Neighboring Property means, with respect to any given object, that such object is or would be visible to a person six feet tall, standing on any part of such neighboring property at an elevation no greater than the elevation of the base of the object being viewed.
Visible From Neighboring Property or “visible from neighboring property” shall mean that an object is or would be visible to a person six feet (6’) tall standing on a neighboring Lot, Tract, Common Area or street at an elevation not greater than the elevation at the base of the object being viewed.
Visible From Neighboring Property means, with respect to any given object, that such object is or would be visible to a person six feet (6') tall, standing at ground level on any part of such neighboring property.
