Limited Common Area definition

Limited Common Area means a portion of the common area reserved for the exclusive use of those entitled to the use of one or more, but less than all, of the units.
Limited Common Area means those common areas and facilities which are designated in writing by the promoter before the allotment, sale or other transfer of any apartment as reserved for use of certain apartment or apartments to the exclusion of the other apartments. Covered/Open Parking, Roof/Terrace, Cafeteria , Storages or any other area or portion earmarked for a particular apartment(s) by the promoter shall form part of Limited Common Areas. And Facilities for use and enjoyment of Allottee of that Apartment to the exclusion of other allottees.
Limited Common Area means that portion of the Common Area, if any, which is designated herein as reserved for the use of one or more Units but less than all Units as referenced herein or on the site and/or floor plans of the Condominium.

Examples of Limited Common Area in a sentence

  • Unit owners are permitted to install a sewage backflow device inside their unit or in the Limited Common Area of their unit but are not permitted to do so without the Board’s prior written approval.

More Definitions of Limited Common Area

Limited Common Area means all land within South Bay which the Declarant designates on a recorded subdivision plat as Limited Common Area or Open Space (including any Village Association Land) and with the exception of any trail or pathway system running therein, shall be reserved for the benefit of specific Lot Owners.
