Vision Benefits definition

Vision Benefits. The City’s contribution for vision insurance shall be 100% employer-paid for family coverage for the term of this MOU. Once a covered dependent is no longer eligible because of age limitations in the policies or deceased, said coverage shall cease. Dependent is defined as spouse or child who meets the criteria set forth by the medical insurance provider.
Vision Benefits means benefits paid for those vision procedures or services covered under this Group DeltaVision® Program and subject to the exclusions, terms and conditions contained in this Evidence of Coverage Booklet of Coverage.

Examples of Vision Benefits in a sentence

  • The Member may have access to even more discounts than those described in the Schedule of Vision Benefits because of being a ▇▇▇▇▇ Vision client.

  • Any of the limitations and exclusions in this Benefit Plan may be revised, deleted or limited as shown in the Schedule of Vision Benefits.

  • All discounts, including those described in the Schedule of Vision Benefits as related to covered Benefits, are administered and provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ Vision in consideration of the Member being covered under this Benefit Plan.

  • The type of lens materials covered will be explained in the Schedule of Vision Benefits.

  • The Schedule of Vision Benefits may include discounted prices for some special types of lens materials and other enhancements.

  • Routine Eye Health Examinations will be limited to the frequency stated in the Schedule of Vision Benefits.

  • The Schedule of Vision Benefits will also indicate if the Contact Lenses coverage will be in lieu of or in addition to eyeglasses.

  • Prescription Spectacle Lens coverage will be limited to the frequency stated in the Schedule of Vision Benefits.

  • As an Individual Plan Member, you are eligible for Presbyterian Vision Benefits.
