Vitality Status definition
Vitality Status means threshold levels that Covered Persons may achieve. As a Covered Person increases engagement in the Wellness Program, they move to higher Vitality Status levels.
Vitality Status means an incentive structure with certain levels of achievement which can be attained by Subscribers by earning Vitality PointsTM. Currently the levels of achievement are: Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. HumanaVitality® reserves the right to modify the incentive structure at any time.
Examples of Vitality Status in a sentence
The number of Vitality Points earned will determine the Vitality Status a Service User is on.
If a Service User passes the threshold they will move on to the next Vitality Status.
