If a Takeout Transaction occurs during an Interest Accrual Period, the Post-PTO Borrowing Percentage and Borrowing Base for each Post-PTO Borrowing Percentage Calculation Date during the related Collection Period, in each case that occurred prior to the occurrence of such Takeout Transaction, shall be calculated without regard to any Tax Equity Funds or Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries that were the subject of such Takeout Transaction during such Interest Accrual Period.
