Vivint Solar Competitor definition

Vivint Solar Competitor means a Person who is engaged in any aspect of the Vivint Solar Business.
Vivint Solar Competitor means any company, person, or entity in the business of selling renewable energy or energy storage products and services, including (without limitation): Auric Energy, Blue Raven, Xxxxxxx Solar, First Solar, Greensky, groSolar, ION Solar, Legend Solar, Loanpal, LGCY Power, Momentum Solar, NRG Energy, OneRoof Energy, PetersenDean, Renovate America, RGS Energy, Smart Energy, Solar Mosaic, Spruce Finance, Sungevity, Sunlight, Sunova Energy Corp., SunPower Corporation, Sunrun, Sunstreet, Tesla, Titan Solar, Trinity Solar, Verengo, and any of their respective affiliates or current or future dealers.

  • For clarity, and without limiting Vivint’s obligations set forth in this Section 2(a), Vivint may not make available to any Vivint Solar Competitor (including SolarCity Corporation) during the Non-Compete Period any product or service described in the Product Development and Supply Agreement, including any Monitoring and Communications Equipment, any Product, or any Hosted Software.

  • Direct Competitor means any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, or other group, however organized, who competes with the Company in the full service restaurant business.

  • Competitive Services means engaging in the business of community banking or commercial banking, including, without limitation, originating, underwriting, closing and selling loans, receiving deposits and otherwise engaging in the business of banking, as well as the business of providing any other activities, products, or services of the type conducted, authorized, offered, or provided by the Bank as of Executive’s Termination Date, or during the two (2) years immediately prior to Executive’s Termination Date.

  • Sensitive Services means those services that (i) require access to Customer/Consumer Information, (ii) relate to the State’s computer networks, information systems, databases or secure facilities under circumstances that would permit modifications to such systems, or (iii) involve unsupervised access to secure facilities (“Sensitive Services”).

  • Affiliated Entities means any legal entity, including any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, not-for-profit corporation, estate planning vehicle or trust, which is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by the Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse, of which such Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse are beneficial owners, or which is under joint control or ownership with any other person or entity subject to a lock-up agreement regarding the Common Stock with terms substantially identical to this Agreement.

  • Competitive Business Activity means:
