Voice Quality definition

Voice Quality means the network’s ability in achieving an acceptable level of voice quality.

Availability and responsiveness of customer service representatives: Calls to customer service are answered within an average of 30 seconds (Average Speed of Answer) or less. Customer service representatives must be available to respond to customer inquiries 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year. The average rate of abandoned calls to customer service must be less than 6% of calls received as measured on an annual basis. Examples of Voice Quality in a sentence

  • Trouble tickets, where the Service Outage cannot be verified with LightEdge's standard diagnostic procedures, do not count towards the Voice Quality SLA.

  • Circuit issues outside of the core voice platform that result in Voice Quality issues do not count towards the Voice Quality SLA.

Voice Quality. The system shall provide “toll quality” voice. Latency must not exceed 35 milliseconds in one direction. QOS must not require infrastructure upgrades.
