Voice User definition

Voice User means a User with a single voice device only with single number reach. Extension mobility, depending on device used. Jabber IM&P (no voice). A list of supported devices shall be set out on the Order. “Virtual User” means a User with an extension mobility profile. Note that extension mobility profiles associated with a device do not attract the Virtual User Charge. No associated devices, requires logging onto an existing device to make/receive calls.
