Void Assignment. Any sale, exchange or other transfer by any Member of any Units or other interests in the Company in contravention of this Agreement shall be void and ineffectual and shall not bind or be recognized by the Company or any other party.
Void Assignment. (09/17) In the event that Contractor assigns its obligations under this Contract to a third party in a manner other than as set forth in Section 5.7, Assignment, the City shall have the option to terminate this Contract without any notice or cure period or further obligation to Contractor or the assignee, and promptly receive a refund for fees paid for Products delivered and/or Services performed by the third party.

Void Assignment. Any Transfer by any Shareholder of any Shares in contravention of Sections 9.01 and 9.02 shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be void and ineffectual, and shall not bind or be recognized by the Trust or any other party. No purported assignee shall have any right to any profits, losses or distributions of the Trust.
