Volatile solvents definition

Volatile solvents as used only in this chapter shall mean those solvents used in the cannabis manufacturing process determined to be volatile by the California Department of Public Health or Oakland Fire Department.
Volatile solvents means those solvents used in the manufacture of cannabis products determined to be volatile by the California Department of Public Health or the Crescent City Volunteer Fire Department.
Volatile solvents means a solvent that is or produces a flammable gas or vapor that, when present in the air in sufficient quantities, will create explosive or ignitable mixtures.

Examples of Volatile solvents in a sentence

  • Volatile solvents will dry rapidly behind the seal (without the use of Self Flush), which will dry and degrade the seal.IPA, Methanol, 20% IPA/water mix or 20% Methanol/water mix are good choices for the flush solution.

  • Volatile solvents from the drying process of heat-set offset and flexography printing shall be managed by means of recovery or combustion or any equivalent system.

  • Volatile solvents, hazardous chemicals, and flammable/combustible liquids, including volatile solvents, hazardous chemicals, and flammable/combustible liquids contained in concentrated cannabis or cannabis goods, shall be stored in a refrigerator, refrigerated storage, or a freezer rated to store flammable liquids.

  • Volatile solvents introduced to the matrix during circuit board production are slowly released over time.

  • Volatile solvents are gases, such as butane gas fumes, or liquids, such as gasoline or paint thinner, that vaporise at room temperature.

  • Volatile solvents when mixed with air and a heat source (naked flame, spark) can produce an explosion and/or fire.

  • Volatile solvents will dry rapidly behind the seal (without the use of Self Flush), which will dry and degrade the seal.

  • Volatile solvents like alcohols, start evaporating during the deposition & drainage steps itself. In the continuous process, the above steps are carried out one after another.

  • You agree that if at any time from the date hereof until the later of the Closing Date and the Syndication Date, you become aware that any of the representations in the preceding sentence would be incorrect in any material respect if the Information and Projections were being furnished, and such representations were being made, at such time, then you will promptly supplement, or cause to be supplemented, the Information and Projections so that such representations will be correct at such time.

  • If the Indemnifying Party elects not to defend against, negotiate, settle or otherwise deal with any Third-Party Claim, or fails to provide the Indemnitee with notice of its intent to assume control of and defend against any Third-Party Claim within the Indemnification Dispute Period, then the Indemnitee may defend against, negotiate, settle (subject to Section 4.05(b)) or otherwise deal with such Third-Party Claim.
