Perils In consideration of the payment of additional premium by You to Us the following peril(s) is/are deemed to be covered under Section A of this Policy: Flood, Typhoon, Hurricane, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Volcanic Eruption, Earthquake, Landslide, Landslip, Subsidence or Sinking of the Soil/Earth or other convulsion of nature is involved.
Or (ii) You are requested to be evacuated by order of the local Authority from Your Building, due to the happening of Earthquake Volcanic Eruption, Hurricane Cyclone Typhoon Windstorm or Flood that affects You, in excess of 72 hours.
We insure y ou f or direct loss or damage to the property described in Section One of the policy to which this endorsement is attached, caused by Earthquake or Volcanic Eruption.
If the deductible shown in the Declarations for Earthquake and Volcanic Eruption is a percentage (%), the dollar amount of the deductible is determined by multiplying the deductible percentage (%) shown by the amount of insurance for Coverage A, B or C separately for each coverage that applies to the damaged property.
This contingent contents coverage extends Named Perils (Fire, Lightning, Windstorm/Hail, Explosion, Riot or Civil Commotion, Aircraft, Vehicles, Smoke, Falling Objects, Weight of Ice, Snow or Sleet, Accidental Discharge or Overflow of Water or Steam, Sudden and Accidental Damage from Artificially Generated Electrical Current, and Volcanic Eruption, and Ensuing Mold, Fungus or Wet Rot) coverage subject to the terms of the policy.
We will pay only that part of the loss caused by earthquake or volcanic eruption over the deductible shown in the Declarations for Earthquake and Volcanic Eruption.
Volcanic Eruption This peril does not include loss caused by earthquake, tremors or land shock waves.
In consideration of the payment of additional premium, it is hereby understood and agreed that loss and damage directly attributable to Flood, Typhoon, Hurricane, Volcanic Eruption, Earthquake or other convulsion of nature are covered subject to the limits of liability stated in the Policy Schedule.
Earth Movement includes but is not limited to earthquake, land shock waves, tremors, landslide, mudslide, mudflow, subsidence, sinkhole, erosion, hydraulic fracturing and volcanic explosion or lava flow, except as provided in the Peril Insured Against for Volcanic Eruption.
