• If the deductible shown in the Declarations for Earthquake and Volcanic Eruption is a percentage (%), the dollar amount of the deductible is determined by multiplying the deductible percentage (%) shown by the amount of insurance for Coverage A, B or C separately for each coverage that applies to the damaged property.

• This contingent contents coverage extends Named Perils (Fire, Lightning, Windstorm/Hail, Explosion, Riot or Civil Commotion, Aircraft, Vehicles, Smoke, Falling Objects, Weight of Ice, Snow or Sleet, Accidental Discharge or Overflow of Water or Steam, Sudden and Accidental Damage from Artificially Generated Electrical Current, and Volcanic Eruption, and Ensuing Mold, Fungus or Wet Rot) coverage subject to the terms of the policy.

• Volcanic Eruption This peril does not include loss caused by earthquake, tremors or land shock waves.

• In consideration of the payment of additional premium, it is hereby understood and agreed that loss and damage directly attributable to Flood, Typhoon, Hurricane, Volcanic Eruption, Earthquake or other convulsion of nature are covered subject to the limits of liability stated in the Policy Schedule.

• Earth Movement includes but is not limited to earthquake, land shock waves, tremors, landslide, mudslide, mudflow, subsidence, sinkhole, erosion, hydraulic fracturing and volcanic explosion or lava flow, except as provided in the Peril Insured Against for Volcanic Eruption.

This means your organizational personal property, for which a limit is shown on the Schedule of Buildings and Personal Property on the declarations, that is: 1. located in the buildings and structures for which a limit is shown and which are described on the declarations; 2. is being transported between such buildings and structures; or 3. is in the open (or in vehicles) on or within 100 feet of your location described on the declarations.
