Voluntarily Withdraw definition

Voluntarily Withdraw means to dissociate as a Partner of the Company by means other than a Transfer or an Involuntary Withdrawal.
Voluntarily Withdraw means a Limited Partner’s decision to withdraw as a Limited Partner of the Partnership.
Voluntarily Withdraw means a Member’s decision to withdraw as a Member of the Company.

More Definitions of Voluntarily Withdraw

Voluntarily Withdraw means and refers to a Member’s dissociation from the Company by means other than Involuntary Withdrawal and includes an intentional attempt to Transfer any Units, Membership Rights or Economic Interest in violation of Section 8.1. A Voluntary Withdrawal is deemed to be a wrongful dissociation unless permitted under Section 8.1.
