Voluntary Sinking Fund Provisions definition
Voluntary Sinking Fund Provisions means (i) all voluntary, scheduled or other principal repayments actually paid with respect to any Secured Debt outstanding under such Financing or Financings; (ii) deposited in a Sinking Fund Account established by any Mortgagee; or (iii) voluntary prepayment of unsecured Financings during any period when they are callable and in fact called.
