Vontier Group definition

Vontier Group means Vontier and each Person that is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of Vontier as of the Effective Time (but after giving effect to the Internal Reorganization), and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary of Vontier after the Effective Time.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, Vontier and each member of the Vontier Group shall cease any and all use of the FBS (including any Fortive Improvements).

  • This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Parties and, except to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations or Liabilities under this Agreement upon any Person, including any Vontier Employee or other current or former employee, officer, director or contractor of the Fortive Group or Vontier Group, other than the Parties and their respective successors and assigns.
