  • The Applicant VOP RVM expressly undertakes to use the EPC's Confidential Information, of which it is aware, only within the framework of the Agreement and not to duplicate any Confidential Information of any kind whatsoever.

  • The Applicant VOP RVM undertakes to limit requests for information from the EPC, in particular Confidential Information, to those strictly necessary for the proper performance of the Agreement.

  • In case of amendment of the Agreement, the Applicant VOP RVM will be invited to assess a new version of the Agreement and either accept the changes or exercise the termination rights detailed under section 8 of the Agreement.

  • The Applicant VOP RVM will return to the EPC, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the end date of the Agreement, the EPC's Confidential Information (including any total or partial reproduction) or, to the extent that such return cannot be made, will send the EPC a certificate of destruction.

  • The Applicant VOP RVM undertakes to use the EPC Confidential Information only for the performance of the obligations established in the Agreement.
