Vornado Business definition
Vornado Business means all businesses, operations and activities (whether or not such businesses, operations or activities are or have been terminated, divested or discontinued) conducted at any time prior to the Effective Time by either Vornado or Newco or any member of their respective Groups, other than the DC Business.
Vornado Business means the “New York Segment Active Business,” as set forth in the Tax Opinion Representation Letter that constitutes an active trade or business, within the meaning of Section 355(b) of the Code, of the separate affiliated group of Vornado, as represented in the Tax Opinion Representation Letter.
