Voting Cutback Provisions means Bye-Law 5 of the Bye-Laws. “Voting Securities” shall mean the Class A Common Shares and Class B Common Shares and any other securities of the Company entitled to vote together with the Class A Common Shares and Class B Common Shares as a single class on all matters with respect to which the Class A Common Shares and Class B Common Shares are entitled to vote, and subject in each case to the Voting Cutback Provisions.

  • Continuing Disclosure Agreement means the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Clerk of Council and signed by the Mayor and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 6, which shall constitute the continuing disclosure agreement made by the City for the benefit of holders and beneficial owners of the Bonds in accordance with the Rule.
