Voting Debt definition

Voting Debt means any bonds, debentures, notes or other indebtedness having the right to vote on any matters on which holders of capital stock of the same issuer may vote.
Voting Debt has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(c).
Voting Debt of a Person means bonds, debentures, notes or other Indebtedness having the right to vote (or convertible into securities having the right to vote) on any matters on which stockholders of such Person may vote.
