If the credit against a Voucher is not sufficient to meet the Voucher Redemption Payment, Smartbox Group UK Ltd shall only pay to the Partner an amount equal to the credit against the Voucher (less the Promotion Fee) but the Partner may, at its own discretion, agree to accept top up payment directly from the Customer.
Smartbox Group UK Ltd agrees to account to the Partner for the balance (after deducting the Promotion Fee) of the Voucher Redemption Payment on each valid booking to receive Activities from the Partner which has been notified to Smartbox Group UK Ltd through the Smartbox Group UK Ltd booking verification and notification process.
If the errors with the Voucher Redemption documents are not corrected within thirty (30) calendar days, the application will be cancelled, and any reserved funds will be released.
