Voucher Redemption the exchange by a Customer of a Voucher (or individual items within a Voucher) for goods or services ordinarily provided by you.   • If the errors with the Voucher Redemption documents are not corrected within thirty (30) calendar days, the application will be cancelled, and any reserved funds will be released.

  • The Company agrees to account to the Partner for the balance (after deducting the Promotion Fee) of the Voucher Redemption Payment on each valid booking to receive Services from the Partner which has been notified to Company through the Company’s booking verification and notification process.

  • Voucher payments (also referred herein as “incentives”) are not payable unless the Contractor has completed the Voucher Redemption process including submitting all required documentation to satisfy the Voucher Redemption requirements listed in the Implementation Manual, and any other required activities (e.g., vehicle scrappage) or documentation has been submitted by the Contractor and approved by NYSERDA.
