VP Instruments means transferable, demate- rialised Danish shares and units in collective in- vestment undertakings registered with VP.

  • Instruments, other than VP Instruments, VPS Instruments, Swedish Instruments and Finnish Instruments, are issued in registered form and are serially numbered.

  • Investors in VP Instruments, VPS Instruments, Finnish Instruments or Swedish Instruments will have to rely on the relevant clearing system's or the relevant Issuing Agent's, as the case may be, procedures for transfer, payment and communication with the Issuer.

  • The VP Instruments shall be in a form as agreed between the Issuer and the VP Issuing Agent.

  • Ownership of VP Instruments, VPS Instruments, Finnish Instruments or Swedish Instruments will be recorded and transfer effected only through the book entry system and register maintained by VP, Euronext VPS, Euroclear Finland or Euroclear Sweden, as the case may be.

  • Investors in VP Instruments, VPS Instruments, Finnish Instruments or Swedish Instruments will not have any recourse against the Issuer to the extent that VP, Euronext VPS, Euroclear Finland or Euroclear Sweden, as the case may be, are do not pass on any payments made to them by the Issuer.
