VP Systems Covered Bonds definition

VP Systems Covered Bonds means Covered Bonds issued in uncertificated book entry form cleared through VP, VPS or Euroclear Sweden (as the case may be); and
VP Systems Covered Bonds means Covered Bonds issued in uncertificated book entry form cleared through the VP, VPC or VPS (as the case may be);
VP Systems Covered Bonds means Covered Bonds issued in uncertificated book entry form cleared through VP; and

  • The Agency Agreement contains provisions for convening meetings of the Covered Bondholders to consider any matter affecting their interests, including the sanctioning by Extraordinary Resolution of a modification of the VP Systems Covered Bonds or any of the provisions of the Agency Agreement.

  • Title to the VP Systems Covered Bonds will pass by registration in the registers between the direct or indirect accountholders at the VPS, VP or VPC (as the case may be) in accordance with the rules and procedures of the VPS, VP or VPC (as the case may be).

  • Any such notice shall be deemed to have been given to the holders of the Covered Bonds on the day after the day on which the said notice was given to Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg or DTC, as the case may be.Notices to be given by any holder of the Covered Bonds (other than VP Systems Covered Bonds) shall be in writing and given by lodging the same, together with the relative Covered Bond or Covered Bonds, with the Fiscal Agent.

  • Any notice so given will be deemed to have been validly given on the date of such publication (or, if published more then once, on the date of first such publication) or, as the case may be, on the date of such delivery.In the case of VP Systems Covered Bonds, notices shall be given in accordance with the procedures of VPS, VP, VPC or any other relevant clearing system (as the case may be).

  • All notices regarding the Covered Bonds (other than VP Systems Covered Bonds) shall be published (i) in a leading English language daily newspaper of general circulation in London and (ii) if and for so long as the Covered Bonds are admitted to trading on the regulated market and listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, either in a daily newspaper of general circulation in Luxembourg and/or on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, www.bourse.lu.

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • Electric System means all electrical wires, equipment, and other facilities owned or provided by the utility that are used to transmit electricity to customers.

  • Predictive emissions monitoring system or "PEMS" means all of the equipment necessary to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and calculate and record the mass emissions rate (for example, pounds per hour) on a continuous basis.

  • Standard form contract means a financial contract that is substantially not negotiable for the Client, except for the terms contained in point 11.C.

  • General Assembly means the General Assembly of the United Nations.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Electric Facility means a Generator or an electric transmission facility.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
