VPS System definition

VPS System means the technical system at VPS for the registration of instruments and the clearing and settlement of instrument transactions; and

Examples of VPS System in a sentence

• In respect of Norwegian Securities, the "Holder" will be the person registered in the VPS System as the Holder of the Norwegian Securities.

• The Issuer will ensure that all payments to Holders of Norwegian Securities will be made with the assistance of the Norwegian Issue and Paying Agent as well as the Accountholder for the Issuer in the VPS System and in accordance with the Relevant Rules.
