VRA Agreement definition
VRA Agreement means any financing agreement, indenture, bond, credit agreement, note, reimbursement agreement, letter of credit, guarantee or other agreement, instrument or document pursuant to which any VRA Senior Obligation or VRA Subordinate Obligation is incurred or secured by the Borrower.
