VWAP Condition shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of Second Tranche Conditions; and
VWAP Condition shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.01(b).

  • Conversion Floor Price Condition means that the relevant Alternate Conversion Price is being determined based on clause (x) of such definitions.
