WAC Rate definition

WAC Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the applicable Net Mortgage Pass-Through Rates of the Mortgage Loans (including the REO Mortgage Loans) for such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of their respective Stated Principal Balances immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
WAC Rate. With respect to each Interest Accrual Period, is the rate per annum equal to the weighted average, expressed as a percentage and rounded to six decimal places, of the REMIC I Remittance Rates applicable to the respective REMIC I Regular Interests for such Interest Accrual Period, weighted on the basis of the respective Uncertificated Principal Balances of such REMIC I Regular Interests outstanding immediately prior to the related Distribution Date.
WAC Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the applicable Net Mortgage Pass-Through Rates of the Mortgage Loans (including the REO Mortgage Loans) for such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of their respective Stated Principal Balances immediately prior to such Distribution Date; provided, however, that in the case of MGM Grand & Mandalay Bay Mortgage Loan, “Mortgage Loan” shall refer to the MGM Grand & Mandalay Bay Trust REMIC Regular Interests (as if they were separate Mortgage Loans) for purposes of this definition.

Examples of WAC Rate in a sentence

  • The Pass-Through Rate applicable to the calculation of interest payable with respect to this Certificate on any Distribution Date shall equal a rate per annum equal to the lesser of (i) the related Formula Rate for such Distribution Date and (ii) the related Net WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Amounts on deposit in the Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account shall remain uninvested.

  • By accepting a Class C Certificate, each Class C Certificateholder hereby agrees to direct the Trustee, and the Trustee hereby is directed, to deposit into the Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account the amounts described above on each Distribution Date as to which there is any Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount rather than distributing such amounts to the Class C Certificateholders.

  • The Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account will be an “outside reserve fund” within the meaning of Treasury Regulation Section 1.860G-2(h).

  • For federal income tax purposes, each holder of a Class A or Mezzanine Certificate is deemed to own an undivided beneficial ownership interest in a REMIC regular interest and the right to receive payments from either the Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account or the Swap Account in respect of the Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount or the obligation to make payments to the Swap Account.

  • The Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account will be an "outside reserve fund" within the meaning of Treasury regulation Section 1.860G-2(h).

  • For federal tax return and information reporting, the right to receive any Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount shall be assigned the value specified in Section 10.01(l) of this Agreement.

WAC Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates in effect for the Mortgage Loans as of their Due Dates in the month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs weighted on the basis of their respective Stated Principal Balances on such Due Date.
