Waikato River definition

Waikato River means the Waikato River from Te Waiheke o Huka to Te Pūaha o Waikato, and includes the Waipā River from its junction with the Pūniu River to its junction with the Waikato River, being the parts of those rivers shown as located within the areas marked “A” and “B” on the SO plan.
Waikato River means the Waikato River from Te Taheke Hukahuka to Te Puuaha o Waikato, and includes the Waipaa River from its junction with the Puuniu River to its junction with the Waikato River, being the parts of those rivers shown as located within the areas marked "A” and "B” on the SO plan; and
Waikato River has the same meaning as that in the Waikato River Settlement Act.
