Waivered Services definition

Waivered Services means services provided through Oregon's Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services Waiver under the authority of section 1915 (c) of the Social Security Act, that allows the state to provide home and community-based services to eligible individuals in place of nursing facility services. Waivered services include in-home services, residential care facility services, assisted living facility services, adult foster care services, home-delivered meals (when provided in conjunction with in-home services), specialized living services, Spousal Pay Program services, and adult day services.
