wali Raja definition
wali Raja means a wali authorized by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, in the case of the Federal Territories, Malacca, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak, or by the Ruler, in the case of any other States, to give away in marriage a woman who has no wali from nasab;
wali Raja means a wali who is appointed under section 6A, to give away in marriage a woman who has no wali from nasab or in any situation where the rights of wali is transferred to wali Raja in accordance with Hukum Syarak;
wali Raja means a wali authorized by the His Royal Highness the Sultan of Kedah Darul Aman, to give away in marriage a woman who has no wali from nasab.
