WAPDA Act definition

WAPDA Act means the Borrower’s Water and Power Development Authority Act, 1958, as amended by the Borrower’s Water and Power Development Authority (Amendment) Act of 1994, and as may be further amended from time to time;
WAPDA Act means the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Act, 1958, as amended to the date of this Agreement;
WAPDA Act means the Borrower’s Water and Power Development Authority Act of 1958, as amended from time to time, and all regulations framed thereunder;
