WAPP Organization definition

WAPP Organization means the specialized institution of ECOWAS, established pursuant to Decision A/Dec.18/01/06 of January 12, 2006 and Decision A/Dec.20/01/06 of January 12, 2006, whose mission is to promote technical cooperation and operational coordination among power utilities in ECOWAS member states.
