Accordingly, the General Partner and its Affiliates will from time to time be presented with investment opportunities that fall within the investment strategy and objectives of both the Partnership and such Other Warburg Pincus Funds.
The Unitholders acknowledge that these relationships and the activities of such Other Warburg Pincus Funds will raise potential conflicts of interest, including the determination of whether and to what extent investments should be allocated to the Partnership and/or such Other Warburg Pincus Funds.
