Warehouse Note definition

Warehouse Note. Any Series of Notes that has a revolving period during which periodic payments of principal are not scheduled to be paid.

Warehouse Note means a promissory note executed and delivered by Co-Borrowers, jointly and severally, payable to a Lender's order, in the stated principal amount of that Lender's Commitment, and substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

Warehouse Note means the promissory note executed by Borrower and payable to Lender in the maximum Warehouse Commitment Amount, evidencing Borrower's indebtedness hereunder, as such note may be amended, modified, extended, renewed, supplemented or restated from time to time.
