Warehouse Warrant definition

Warehouse Warrant means a certificate of the holder of goods delivered by or on behalf of the Customer to the Company, to be issued by the Company (including through its Related Corporation), in favor of the Customer or any other entity or individual as required by the Customer in respect of each consignment of goods delivered to the Company for the provision of Services.   • Subscription Receipt Agreement means the subscription receipt agreement among the Corporation, the Investor and the Subscription Receipt Agent dated as of [●], 2023;

  • Conversion Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.08(b).

  • Warrant Documents means the Warrant Instrument, the Warrants and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Existing Warrants means any warrants to purchase Common Stock outstanding on the date of this Agreement.

  • Private Warrants means the Warrants the Investors are privately purchasing simultaneously with the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering.
