Warrant Ratio definition

Warrant Ratio has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Warrant Ratio means the portion of the aggregate shares of Common Stock subject to this Warrant and the Excalibur Warrant represented by the Shares, expressed as a percentage, after giving effect to any stock splits, reverse stock splits, stock dividends or combinations.
Warrant Ratio means twenty percent (20%).
