Warranty Coverage definition

Warranty Coverage. The Limited Warranty covers only your use of the Vehicle. This Limited Warranty is not transferable to, nor enforceable by, any other person. The Limited Warranty applies only if the Vehicle is purchased primarily for personal, family or household use.
Warranty Coverage. Means insurance that covers the warranty (or extensions thereof) provided by a manufacturer of such manufacturer's products.

Warranty Coverage. All CCC products are free from manufacturing defects and will remain free from such defects during the Warranty Period.

  • Premiums means premiums, considerations, deposits and similar receipts with respect to the Policies or Post-Closing Policies.
