Warranty Limitations. CUSTOMER'S RIGHT TO ENFORCE THE FOREGOING WARRANTY AND THE WARRANTIES CONTAINED ELSEWHERE IN THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE SUSPENDED BY LANDACORP AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, IF THE SOFTWARE AND/OR INTERVENTION PROGRAMS ARE USED IN ANY MANNER IN VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE WARRANTIES HEREIN SET FORTH ARE MADE TO AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF CUSTOMER ONLY. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, LANDACORP MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY LANDACORP AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY LANDACORP, ITS AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
Warranty Limitations. Dealer’s and the end userssole remedy under any Warranty provided by PRYME shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the Product, or, at PRYME’s sole choice, a refund of the purchase price paid by Dealer. Shipping for any authorized Warranty coverage return of product to PRYME shall be paid by Dealer or by the end user. PRYME GRANTS NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN THE WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE. Warranty Limitations. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the warranties are made and given subject to the provisions of Schedule 3.

More Definitions of Warranty Limitations

Warranty Limitations. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, none of Powercall, the Directors or the Shareholders shall be liable in respect of any Proceedings or Costs for breach of any of the Warranties or other breach of this Agreement:
