Washington State. If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.

You also acknowledge that the consideration given for the waiver and release above is in addition to anything of value to which you were already entitled. You acknowledge that this Agreement is written in a manner calculated to be understood by you. Your waiver and release do not apply to any rights or claims that may arise after you execute this Agreement. You should consult with an attorney (at your own expense) prior to executing this Agreement. You have twenty-one (21) days to consider this Agreement (although you may choose to voluntarily execute this Agreement earlier). You have seven (7) days following the execution of this Agreement to revoke the Agreement, which if you opt to do so, must be in writing by facsimile to ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. This Agreement shall not be effective until the revocation period has expired, i.e., as of the eighth day after this Agreement is executed by you.

  • Diverse businesses are defined in WEBS as follows: small business, microbusiness, mini-business, Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) certified minority owned (MBE) or women owned business (WBE), or Washington Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) certificated veteran-owned business.

  • The Certificate of Insurance shall identify the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services as the Certificate Holder.

  • Contractor represents and warrants that it is in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Washington, that it is registered with the Washington State Department of Revenue and the Washington Secretary of State, that it possesses and shall keep current all required licenses and/or approvals, and that it is current, in full compliance, and has paid all applicable taxes owed to the State of Washington.
