Waste Board definition

Waste Board means the Virginia Waste Management Board, a permanent Citizens' Board of the Commonwealth of Virginia described in Va. Code §§ 10.1-1401 and 10.1-1184.
Waste Board means a Waste Planning and Management Board constituted under Part 3 of the former Act as in force immediately before the repeal of that Act by this Act.
Waste Board means the Virginia Waste Management Board, a permanent collegial body of the Commonwealth of Virginia as described in Code §§ 10.1-1401 and 10.1-1184.

  • Hazardous Waste Management Facility means, as defined in NCGS 130A, Article 9, a facility for the collection, storage, processing, treatment, recycling, recovery, or disposal of hazardous waste.

  • Medical Board means the board of physicians as provided by this chapter.

  • Solid Waste Management Unit , or “SWMU” means any discernible unit at which solid wastes have been placed at any time, irrespective of whether the unit was intended for the management of solid or hazardous wastes.   • Waste Framework Directive or “WFD” means Waste Framework Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste.

  • Occupational Safety and Health Law means any Legal Requirement designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and any program, whether governmental or private (such as those promulgated or sponsored by industry associations and insurance companies), designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions.
