Waste Board definition

Waste Board means the Virginia Waste Management Board, a permanent Citizens' Board of the Commonwealth of Virginia described in Va. Code §§ 10.1-1401 and 10.1-1184.
Waste Board means a Waste Planning and Management Board constituted under Part 3 of the former Act as in force immediately before the repeal of that Act by this Act.
