Waste Collection Service definition

Waste Collection Service means any service that entail waste collection;
Waste Collection Service means the collection of the waste contained in our partnering waste providers Skips supplied through Gyproc.
Waste Collection Service means the collection, removal and processing or disposal of Waste from Eligible Premises.

  • By granting this Agreement, the City is not authorizing any non-Solid Waste Collection Service to be provided and does not waive and specifically retains any right to regulate and receive compensation as allowed by law for services offered by Franchisee which are not Solid Waste Collection Services.

Waste Collection Service means the collection of the waste contained in the Customers’ Bins by Oxigen;
