waste residue means all substances removed from wastewater by a pre-treatment system;
waste residue has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
waste residue means any solid waste or product remaining after processing occurs that cannot be recycle or returned to market by the processing facility. Waste residue must be disposed of at a landfill or other processing facility permitted to accept that waste.
