Wasteful Consumption definition

Wasteful Consumption means any method of water use in violation of Chapter 6.21.
Wasteful Consumption means such consumption of critical raw materials which can be avoided by using alternative policies, technologies or consumption models, without inflicting significant economic burden for natural or legal persons or by endangering the health of natural persons.

  • Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;

  • Consumption of a chemical means its conversion into another chemical via a chemical reaction.

  • estimated consumption means the consumption that a customer, whose consumption is not measured during a specific period, is deemed to have consumed and that is estimated by taking into account factors that are considered relevant by the Municipality and which may include the consumption of municipal services by the totality of the users of a service within the area where the service is rendered by the Municipality, at the appropriate level of service, for a specific time;

  • movement area means that part of an aerodrome to be used for the take-off, landing and taxiing of aircraft, consisting of the manoeuvring area and the apron(s);

  • Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;
